Returns
All returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery of the product and are for store credit only.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and/or have the tags still attached. We will NOT accept returns for items that do not have tags attached.
Sale items are exempt from returns, unless there is a product defect (products are inspected prior to shipping).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please also contact me prior to sending back any item so that I know to expect it.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: Katkų g. 69-2 Panevėžys Lithuania,service-clients LT-35101.
We add tracking to all shipped orders. We are not responsible for your package after it shows delivered.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
